Cherry Picking

This was an amzing summer for fruitin Fernley! We had cherries, and peaches, and pears, and apples, and chokecherries, and apricots all coming out our ears. Our pantries our bursting with all of that summer goodness. I spent many long hours makes jams, sauces, syrups, pie fillings, and bottled fruit. It was lots of fun and I always had lots of little helpers. Thanks to all of our generous friends who shared their harvest. These pictures were taken at Kevin and Deb Brazell's, the kids were in heaven on their little farm.
